How do I make a complaint/compliment about the Lifeline service?

Contact is an independent counselling charity specialising in crisis counselling and suicide prevention.  Contact  provides the Lifeline service under licence  from  the Public Health Agency.

Contact/Lifeline Compliments and Complaints Policy

Contact/Lifeline  provide a high quality crisis telephone and therapeutic service to all users. Our job is to provide the service in a professional and courteous manner


We promise to:

Pass on any praise and act on comments

Handle complaints and personal details in confidence  and without prejudice


Appoint a complaints officer to look after your query

Acknowledge any written complaint within 10 working days

Investigate all complaints within 30 working days


We will listen to you

To make sure that we are doing or job well, we need to hear from you about the services you use
